I am offering teletherapy via a HIPAA-compliant platform on most days of the week ~ OR ~ on Fridays, I am available in person in Downtown Asheville. 

Counseling sessions are generally 50 minutes in length, though if you'd like a longer session, please bring that up with me.

Let's meet virtually to see if we would be a good fit. In our conversation, we will determine together if we think you may benefit from meeting with me. If needed, I am happy to assist you with an appropriate referral.

In our sessions together, I will encourage you to ask questions throughout, take risks, be curious, communicate your needs, and when applicable, engage in some somatic experiments to see what your brain/mind/body will do with it! I may also ask you to "press pause" during certain discussions to slow down and watch what's happening in a different way. The overwhelming majority of clients I work with begin to notice changes in their thoughts, emotions, reactions, physical sensations and behaviors within a few sessions because of this “thought-stopping” and mindfulness approach.

I offer a grounded, honest space to step out of survival mode and into real connection. I know how tiring it is when your defenses are always up and your system never fully gets to rest. True, embodied, lasting change can only happen when we have that felt sense of safety, and that is a top priority in my work. A safe space creates a brave space.

I work with clarity and gentleness to help you identify the thoughts, behaviors, and nervous system responses that may be keeping you stuck, while supporting you in cultivating the internal experience you actually want.

I am EMDR Certified and have the capacity to work with you in this specific lens for simple or complex hurdles. Whether you have a primary therapist already or are seeking that out in our relationship as well, I’m here.

  • 1:1 PRIVATE SESSIONS

    I offer 50-min. private sessions virtually or in-person (Asheville, NC). These are regularly scheduled therapy sessions oriented around your goals, hang ups, and gifts.

  • MENTORSHIP

    My monthly mentorship program helps you stay on track. This is often seen as a step down, or “booster”, from therapy keeping you accountable and on track with a less regularly hands-on approach.
