ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Eden!
I lived in North Carolina for my entire childhood, and went to UNC Chapel Hill for my B.S. in Environmental Science and Chemistry. From here, I moved to the beautiful, reclusive mountains of Telluride, CO. Here I dove into athletic pursuits, while moving through certifications like my Reiki Master Teacher Training, 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training, medicine-work, and Health Coaching. When my dad became sick in 2021, I knew there was nowhere else to be but home. The WNC mountains welcomed me back, and I kept pursuing academics via my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University, grief-tending, and teaching Reiki. Here I found that while my brain desires black and white answers, what my heart loves is being in the nuance with people like you.
I come from a strengths-based, solution-focused, internal resilience perspective. I often use mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches to help you understand your own internal workings, reactions, and system. Nonjudgment, presence, awareness, curiosity, and a bit of appropriately-timed humor can help you emerge into a new way of being, thinking, and acting.
Generally, I enjoy working with clients who experience high levels of anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, addiction, grief, and fear that are often a result of trauma. I also work with clients wanting to shift relationship patterns, move through significant life changes, learn self-reliance and emotional resiliency, explore identity, and self-awareness. I specialize in high-level executives who acknowledge something needs to change if they are to keep performing at such a high level.
I'm licensed in both North Carolina (LCMHCA #A21909) and often utilize my Nervous System knowledge obtained through 7+ years of Reiki and meditation practice to deepen our presence, awareness, trust, and relationship.

It all starts by learning to be present in each moment. Through both mindfulness and therapeutic practices, presence will be practiced during each session.

Relating not just to your past, mind, body, and spirit but also relating to one another. Practice embodying a new version of you and releasing the old patterns within this brave space.

REFINEMENT
This step is about constantly readjusting what works for you, your mind, and your body as you move through and accept change. This space is not just a sounding board but a growth zone.
