This is Enough: Finding Contentment in the Present Meditation

Utilize this meditation when you wake to welcome in the day and the power of the present moment: where your power lives! This is also a common nightly meditation to find peace in the day that has come and gone, knowing you have done enough. Whatever moment you’re seeking peace in, may it arrive and be held with softness.
